My working day as a child defectologist starts with preparing materials and activities for my young patients. I work with children who have various developmental delays and disabilities, so my main responsibility is to assess their needs and create individualized plans to help them progress.

Throughout the day, I conduct therapy sessions with the children, focusing on improving their communication, motor skills, and cognitive abilities. I also work closely with parents to provide them with guidance and support on how to continue the therapy at home.

One of the challenges I face in my work is the limited resources and funding available for special education programs. However, I am passionate about helping children reach their full potential, so I always try to find creative solutions to overcome these obstacles.

I love seeing the progress that my young patients make and the joy on their faces when they achieve a new milestone. It is incredibly rewarding to know that I am making a positive impact on their lives and helping them build a brighter future.

To create a stimulating and developmentally appropriate environment in my workplace, I ensure that there are a variety of educational toys, books, and sensory materials available for the children to explore. I also collaborate with my colleagues to share ideas and strategies for improving our therapy sessions and supporting each other in our work.

In all of my interactions with children and colleagues, I prioritize professionalism and respect for the rights of individuals with disabilities. I adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations to ensure that I provide the best possible care for my patients while upholding their dignity and autonomy.
